Discover the “not-so-big-house” approach to maximizing the feel and function of your home when remodeling.  In this workshop\, you will learn some of the design techniques that optimize the use of space inside and outside your home.  \n\nWhy spend money on more square footage than you really need?   Many homes have floor plans that poorly utilize the living space.  In this workshop you will learn to recognize opportunities to reconfigure that underutilized space in your home.  We will look at space planning as well as some architectural details that create a greater sense of space in a home. \n\nWe hope to see you there!
