And your peers are waiting for you to do this work.\n\nBy the end of this session\, you will gain insights and practice tools which will improve your effectiveness and confidence in stressful situations\, especially those that relate to trust\, conflict\, and power dynamics in organizations and intentional communities. Specifically\, we will engage interactive exercises using The Drama Triangle.\n\nYou know the people who you want to help. You know the contribution that you want to make. You have the willingness to put in the effort.
