All certification courses are taught to the latest agency guidelines. Our instructor Aaron Bates is a professional first responder with real-world knowledge and a passion for teaching. Aaron has worked throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in the field as a paramedic and firefighter/paramedic\, as well as at a fast-paced trauma center.
