DESCRIPTION:Experience the balancing and energizing effect of Breema on body\, mind\, and feelings as you learn Self-Breema exercises and nurturing\, dynamic Breema bodywork to practice with family & friends. Breema emphasizes mutual support so both giver and receiver benefit. \n\nThis workshop is also a practical introduction to Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony\, which can be applied in any activity or situation to bring more balance to our relationships to ourselves\, to others\, and to all life.\n\nThe bodywork is done fully clothed. This workshop is suitable for beginners with no bodywork experience as well as experienced students\, but please be comfortable sitting\, kneeling\, and working on a padded floor.\n\nThe workshop will be taught by Certified Breema Instructors Laura Rawson\, Cathrina Susoev\, and Micki Meredith.
