DESCRIPTION:The first Maker Music Festival is coming to Sebastopol\, CA on Saturday\, October 13th!\n\n\n\nThe festival is a celebration of DIY music and instrument makers\, both traditional and experimental. It will be a day of unique performances\, project exhibits\, hands-on activities and informative presentations. You can listen to great music\, chat with makers and artists\, learn how instruments are made and even make one of your own.\n\n\n\nAlong with the fun musical happenings\, there will be great food and drink as well.\n\n\n\nThe proceeds from the festival will help Chimera Arts develop new outreach programs for youth and underserved communities.\n\n\n\nChimera is Sonoma County's first non-profit community arts and maker space. We're a community of makers\, artists\, engineers and other creative folks who love to share\, learn and work together.
