Working with body-mind connection and the Nine Principles of Harmony\, we learn a new way of being that we can bring to our daily life.\n\nIn this workshop you'll learn self-care exercises to revitalize and balance body\, mind\, and emotions\, and partner bodywork that nurtures and energizes both giver and receiver.\n\nThe workshop will be taught by Cathrina Susoev\, Micki Meredith\, and Laura Rawson\, Certified Breema Instructors with many years of experience.\n\nNo experience needed\, but please be comfortable kneeling and working on a padded floor.
