DESCRIPTION:Chili Cookoff Overview: Date: Sunday\, September 22\, 2024 Place: Sebastopol Center for the Arts\, 282 S. High Street\, Sebastopol Time: Doors open at 11:00 am for set up and decorations. Open for tasting to public at Noon and ends at 4:00 pm Judging: The Peoples Choice Award will be announced at 3:45pm What will be provided: 10 x 10 space and table 4 oz cups and spoons for tastings People's Choice Voting Box for each team Contestants: Event is Free to Contestants Bring 3 gallons of prepared chili for public tasting Crockpot or other device to keep the chili warm. Gloves for people serving chili\, serving spoon or ladle Serve approximately 3 oz to each ticket holder Chili booth signage identifying your team name\, decorations\, props\, costumes\, etc. (no tack or staples   painters tape only) If your team wishes to provide optional condiments (cheese\, onions\, etc)\, they must be prepared off site and ready to serve. **Note: No kitchen is available for preparing\, cooking or cleaning.
