19th Annual Civil War Days - Duncan Mills

Step back in time to 1863 and enjoy a fun, family-oriented experience in the charming town of Duncans Mills. This annual, two-day living history experience is one of the largest Civil War reenactments west of the Mississippi and the largest in Northern California. The American Civil War is brought to life by hundreds of dedicated reenactors portraying Union and Confederate soldiers, horse-drawn artillery, mounted cavalry, merchants, musicians, and civilians. Between battles, visit the encampments and see Civil War-era equipment. Interact with these “living historians”—learn what they believed in and why they risked their lives for these beliefs.
