City Council Candidate Night

The League of Women Voters of Sonoma County and the Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center will host a candidates night for the November City Council election. The evening will take place on Wednesday, October 8 at 6:30- 8 p.m. at the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center 390 Morris Street, Sebastopol. The doors will open at 6:15, event will begin at 6:30 and end by 8p.m. The audience will be given an opportunity to submit questions on index cards at the event for possible inclusion, time allowing. The League will be moderating and time keeping and organizing extra questions. This is NOT an official city meeting so there is NO public comment time. There are four candidates on the November slate and three available seats: the 3 incumbents: Patrick Slayter, Sarah Glade Gurney, Una Glass and Sebastopol resident Jonathan Greenberg. It is a very busy night in Sebastopol and although there are other activities going on that same evening we hope you will join us for this important event.
