Family Yoga

Both kids and adults are constantly busy with all the pieces of daily life: playing, school, gardening, cooking, working, and cleaning, and in this hour-long workshop, we can dedicate the time to come together on our mats to hone the ability to focus, find calm, experience connection with each other as fellow caregivers, and experience connecting with our children in this mindful setting. Both children and adults will get the opportunity to practice and play with breath work, family yoga, and animal poses.
