Please join West County Health Centers in celebrating National Health Centers Week at the Sebastopol Community Health Center Open House with our many friends and supporters. This year's theme is "Celebrating America's Health Centers: Transforming Health Care in our Local Communities". Light refreshments, wonderful company, delightful conversations, a silent auction and tours of our facility will be provided. The program for the evening will begin at 5:30pm.
