*Spencer has been meditating since 1983 and is a
qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
He earned his MBA from Wharton Business School and is the leader of a
successful financial services company with 50 employees and $1.5B under
management.
Spencer credits his investment and business success to the daily cultivation of
mindfulness.
**Jon Kabat-Zinn, a world-renowned speaker and meditation expert,
created the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at Mass General
Hospital. His major research is focused on the effects of MBSR on the
brain, on the immune system, and on stress in various corporate settings and work
environments.
