Paulee Dinner - Pinot Classic

Showcasing the very best wines the proprietors and winemakers of the Russian River Valley – and the guests – have to offer, this exclusive and elegant dinner is the ultimate wine lover’s evening among the stars of the Russian River Valley. Presented as part of the highly anticipated Pinot Classic, the Paulée Dinner invites guests to mingle with winemakers and growers and celebrate wine in a traditional, communal setting at the picturesque DeLoach Vineyards. Vintners will dig deep into their private cellars to present their favorite Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, while guests are also encouraged to bring their own special bottles to share. The evening kicks off with a winemaker reception, followed by a delectable, multi-course feast served family style and prepared by Chef Michou Cornu, Boisset Family Estates. Esteemed hosting wineries include Arista, Benovia, DeLoach, Hartford Family, Joseph Swan, Kosta Browne, Merry Edwards, Williams Selyem and others.
