Pet Portrait Collage Workshop

"Located in the Painting/Drawing studio at SebArts This class led by Samuel Price will feature a two-part format: a four-hour live, in-person instruction, followed by a two-hour weekend Zoom call for valuable feedback and post-instruction on the students' individual pet portrait projects. To enhance the learning experience, enrolled collage art students (ages 12+) will receive a series of additional pre-recorded tutorial video lessons between live sessions, thoughtfully designed to complement the coursework and guide them towards completion. All students will be required to provide a photo of their beloved pets. As an added incentive, students will receive a signed copy of Sam’s new book, The Paper Collage Workshop, published by Walter Foster About the Instructor: My name is Samuel Price. I am a professional collage artist from San Francisco, best known for my unique pet portraits made with tiny magazine squares. My work has been featured in exhibitions, private collections, public art installations and festivals across the country and beyond. I am best known for creating large, intricate pet portraits made by hand from hundreds of tiny magazine squares.
