Radiance Ritual: Gua Sha, Restorative Yoga, Sound Therapy

Find your Radiance with this 2 hour workshop! This workshop will begin with an embodiment and meditation practice. Then, learn a self Gua Sha face routine with self massage and firming exercises to encourage lymphatic flow and circulation. This ritual will help promote clear, firm and radiant skin! The experience concludes with Yin & Restorative yoga followed by a sound bath harmonizing your entire being. A facial Gua Sha tool is included in the workshop price for you to take home to continue your radiance ritual.
