Restorative Touch - Extended Practice

Restorative Touch is a restful practice all about opening and relaxing the body through passive stretching. This special class includes hands-on assists from Kelley (for each student, in each pose) to aid muscle & nervous system release and help deepen nourishing breath. A few floor postures are done over the course of practice, with props used throughout. This is an extended version of Kelley's very popular weekly Monday night class! More time to stretch, relax and of course, more time for Kelley's healing touch.
