Restorative Touch - Extended Practice

Restorative Touch is a restful practice all about opening and relaxing the body through passive stretching. This special class includes hands-on assists from Kelley (for each student, in each pose) to aid muscle & nervous system release and help deepen nourishing breath. A few floor postures are done over the course of practice, with props used throughout. This is an extended version of Kelley's very popular weekly Monday night class!
