Through an in-depth tour of the garden, meditation and other contemplative techniques, participants will look at life in the 21st century and receive some guidance for gathering the tools of stability and peace of mind. Ginny Mathews is a senior student of Sasaki Roshi for over 35 years. Michael Stusser, founder of Osmosis, is a lifetime practitioner of meditation and Tai Chi. Together they will lead participants through a literal and figurative experience of the extraordinary meditation garden at Osmosis discovering the ancient Buddhist parable of the ox and the ox-herder. No prior experience of meditation is necessary. Advanced Reservations are required by September 9th. Due to the limited availability for this program, online tickets are not available but may be purchased by calling 707-823-8231. $10 Ticket includes Meditation Program and a special custom-brewed tea. $30 Ticket includes Meditation Program, tea, lunch, cedar enzyme footbaths and a Hammock Garden session.
