Winter Solstice Sound Bath with MK & Alex of Sol Rio A Journey into Stillness through Sound Join MK & Alex of Sol Rio on this auspicious day of Winter Solstice, as we journey into stillness through sound. During this special sound bath, you simply lie on the ground in a comfortable position and allow yourself to be guided in breath and receive the healing sound waves created through a variety of musical instruments. Sol Rio cultivates a deeply meditative environment by blending sounds from both electronic musical instruments (keyboard and synthesizer) and traditional instruments (gong, crystal bowls, chimes and even the trumpet), offering a safe space for introspection and healing.
