Yoga in the Grove at Horse & Plow

Join Kelliann for yoga in the magical grove of redwoods and pines, located at Horse & Plow Tasting Room in Sebastopol. Your ticket includes a 75 minute yoga and sound healing within a flower-lined grove of trees where we are often visited by hummingbirds, butterflies, and overhead hawks... it is truly a magical experience! We follow up class with a locally sourced salad back at the outdoor tasting room. Our standard ticket includes a glass of wine or cider~ there are many varieties to choose from and all are amazing! For those who prefer not to drink, we offer our NA ticket, which includes yoga and salad only. Please bring a mat, and a blanket to place beneath your mat. Dress in layers, as weather can be cooler as class begins. If you need to rent a yoga mat & block ($5) or blanket ($5), please let Kelliann know in advance. The Horse & Plow property is both kid and dog friendly. While we cannot allow dogs or young children in class, you are welcome to have your family meet you post-class to enjoy the magic that IS Horse & Plow.
