Yoga in the Grove: Horse & Plow

Join Kelliann for yoga in the magical grove of redwoods and pines, located at Horse & Plow Tasting Room in Sebastopol. Your ticket includes a 75 minute yoga and sound bath experience within a flower-lined grove of trees. We follow up class with a locally sourced salad back at the outdoor tasting room. Our standard ticket includes a glass of wine or cider~ there are many variaties to choose from and all are amazing! For those who prefer not to drink, we offer our NA ticket, which includes yoga, salad and NA beverage. Please arrive at 11:30am (We will begin class shortly after) and bring a mat, and a blanket to place beneath your mat. Dress in layers, as weather can be cooler as class begins. If you need to rent a yoga mat & block ($5) or blanket ($5), please let Kelliann know in advance.
