YogaLIVE! Re-grounding with Earth
A potent 90 minute Yoga slow flow + live music workshop Join Sol Rio Co-Founders MK & Alexander in a healing Yoga and live sound workshop. MK will guide you in a potent slow-flow practice, helping you re-ground into Earth energy. Alexander will support your practice by playing a live soundscape using a variety of musical instruments.
