2025 Apple Blossom Festival Vendor Application - April 26 & 27, 2025

THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE. NO PAPER OR OTHER VERSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION, PAYMENT AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IS MARCH 28, 2025.
FAIR PASSES AND BOOTH SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE MAILED TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VENDORS:

YOU MUST COMPLETE A CITY OF SEBASTOPOL SPECIAL EVENT BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION LABELED **APPLE BLOSSOM FESTIVAL ONLY** AND PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF THE PERMIT. PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE.

IF ACCEPTED TO THE FESTIVAL, SONOMA COUNTY REQUIRES YOU TO OBTAIN A TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY PERMIT. YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF THE PERMIT.

THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL HAS PUT IN PLACE A DISPOSABLE FOOD SERVICE WARE AND POLYSTYRENE FOAM BAN! FOOD SERVICE VENDORS, PLEASE REVIEW THIS SITE TO COMPLY AS A FOOD SERVICE VENDOR FOR THE FESTIVAL!

EACH VENDOR WILL BE ISSUED FIVE (5) WRISTBANDS PER BOOTH. THESE WRISTBANDS ARE TO BE WORN BY THE VENDOR AND STAFF ALL DAY FOR BOTH DAYS! YOU OR YOUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE FESTIVAL IF WRISTBANDS ARE NOT WORN. NO EXCEPTIONS! FIVE (5) ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS MAY BE OBTAINED AT $6.00/EACH (Call the Chamber to arrange as they WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ON FESTIVAL DAYS)
