Lecture Series by H.G. Gala Rinpoche : Shamatha Meditation
As a part of 'The Mystical Art of Tibet' tour of the monks of Drepung Loseling Monastery, hosted bt the Tibetan gallery & Studio in the Barlow, H.G. Gala Rinpoche will be giving lectures. On this day, Rinpoche will explain how to engage in shamatha, the meditation for calming the mind and attaining clarity, focus and attention. Suggested donation $15
